Most questions regarding our party or event services can be answered here.

1. Are you insured?

 

 Yes. Our artists carry individual insurance polices. They can be provided upon request. Please let us know when filling out your service agreement.

3. How do I pay?
​

​​  An invoice will be sent as soon as we receive your signed service agreement. You may pay via Credit Card, via Zelle, Venmo or CashApp. All payments are due in full at the time of booking.

 

Please contact us for payment options for corporate events.

2. What are your rates?

 

Rates start at $175 and are based on location and number of hours requested. Please fill out the contact form for a more accurate quote.

All parties and events are booked with a 2 hour minimum. *Exceptions are made based on location and artist availability.

 

 

 4. I'm not sure how many hours to book. How do I figure this out?
​
Our Artists can typically service 10-15 guests per hour. If you are planning a public event please ask about our speed painting option. Please see Name Painting and Caricatures pages for guests per hour.

 5. Do you bring your own setup?
 
We are  more than happy to use your table or tables at your party or event, however if you cannot provide a table and chairs please let us know in advance and we will be happy to bring our own 2x4 ft table and Makeup chair. If you need a pop up tent we do have one available for rent. Please inquire about this option at the time of booking.
6. What type of designs do you offer? Do you bring a book or board?

We offer 3-5 minute designs to suit the theme of your party or event. We do not typically bring any type of board or book as we believe each design should be tailored to the guests imagination. It's just more fun this way. Corporate events sometimes require a word list or board. We are more than happy to supply these for your event.

 

 

7. What type of paint do you use?​

​

​We use the best quality pro products including FDA compliant face paints and cosmetic glitters from professional brands such as Wolfe FX, Diamond FX, TAG, Fab, Paradise, Cameleon, Pro Aiir, Kryolan and Sugar Face and Body Art Glitter. We do not use craft paints or craft glitters.

8. How old do you have to be to be painted?​

 

Anyone ages 2 and up can be painted. Children under the age of 2 have very delicate skin and can be sensitive to face paints. Adults as well as children love face and body art so plan for at least 25% of the adults at your party to be included in your guest estimates.
9. What happens if the weather changes?

​

Please have a back up plan in case of rain or extreme heat. We will not work outdoors in rainy, cold or extreme heat conditions​. Ideal painting temperatures range from 60 degrees to 80 degrees. If temperatures are below or above we will need to be moved indoors in a controlled climate.
10. If a guest has a cold or cuts on their face can they still be painted?

 

To avoid the spread of germs and potential infections guests with cold sores, rashes, runny noses, who are sick or appear to be sick will not be painted. These guests will be treated with sensitivity and offered a glitter tattoo or sticker alternative.

 

11. What areas do you service?

We service all of Los Angeles County including, Burbank, Beverly Hills, West LA, Westwood, Brentwood, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Mar Vista, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Culver City, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates, Palos Verdes, Torrance, San Pedro, Carson, Wilmington, Harbor City, Gardena, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach, Long Beach, Los Alamitos, Cerritos, Cypress, Norwalk, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, Rossmoor, Westminster, Anaheim and Garden Grove.
* Anything more than 20 miles from 90815 will incur a small travel fee of​ $1.00 per mile.
